How are you? Nice to meet you! This seems to be a great place to meet people with the same goals! I am really into bicycling long-distances (rode across Iowa in the RAGBRAI last summer), Kung Fu, music and art. I am not too overweight, but just like everyone, controlling it is the challenge.
