    Awesome work. I`m at a point very similar to where you were last year.

    I`m 6`3 and weigh about 180lbs.
    My goal is to be sub 220lb by next year.

    My physique looks a lot like your before pic, so if I reach my goal I could have a body like yours is now, and that is motivating.

    Thanks for the pics and congrats, you earned that body.

    Thank you very much! Eye candy huh? Thanks! And I am keeping right on trucking. I now look way better now than I did in that pic. That pic is several months old and I have lost 5 pounds since then.
