I just got it a little over two weeks ago I'm not the best in shape either . It is awesome, Just do what you can you will work up to it. I bought her 3 dvd set I love love love it!!! I did W.W. I never was happy with the points program. Didn't loose weight with it. I needed way more structure. They allowed too much freedom for me too. I set my own structure with this and I really feel it keeps me on track. And I love the friends you make. Good luck!!!

lildazey is right, you need the extra calories, however, dont always get them all in. But do eat more than 1200 when you work out or you will lower your metabolism and that is not a good thing. Take care. Kim

Yes I am getting all my water in. I do make sure I have protien in the morning. I go over in my protiens almost every day. I know I have calories left over. I know that's what my mom says as well. I just don't want to put my body into a low metabolism rate but I do feel good, I don't feel sluggish or like I'm starving I feel really good.

I know exactly how you feel. I just got into a size 16 . I still wear an 18 in some things like low rise pants, but it still feels great , but I don't want to stay there moving on. I was a 20-22 yuk!

This is true, it could be your time of the month, but you should also try to eat most if not all your calories, especially when you work out.

I am always going over in my protien too. I asked my fitness coach and she said better to go over in protien than in fat and carbs, and I need to try to eat all my calories, believe it or not, that is sometimes hard to do.
