I have so many goals for this new year! Most of them are running related - sub-25 minute 5k, sub-8 minute mile, 5 miles with no rest or walking, and run a half marathon. I absolutely hate chalk. I can't bear to even look at it. When I hear someone using it or see someone touching it, I want to throw up. I also have to clean my room every night before I go to bed and when I leave the house. I feel uncomfortable leaving when something is out of order.

you could bring tupperware full of fruit, mini veggies, or healthy crackers. I usually pop my own popcorn at home (Newman's Own or similar) and bring that. have fun tonight!

You do it at least every other day. It's not recommended to do it in consecutive days. I'm on week 4 of c25k (woo!) and I do it MWF. but since you mentioned that might not work for you, you could do tuesday-thursday-saturday maybe? You can definitely add in other exercises the other days, like strength training and cardio.…
