Thanks for inviting me - finally got back to the gym two weeks ago after prolonged absence due to broken arm - really looking forward to this ....
-
As you know, I love the 5:2 and will certainly look into this - though I have neither a Kindle nor an iPhone ....

Still not back at the gym due to broken arm healing, but hope to be there in the next few weeks. Planning on doing walking and calisthenics today.

This issue is taking on a whole life of its own, as another thread is going on, posted by the same person and on exactly the same subject .... slightly different wording with no mention of "bacon". I am not averse to people posting this kind of thing if they have real problems, but two ongoing threads which are making a…

Bacon is sizzling hot, sweetie. xx

So sorry that you felt hurt. I would bet that the guy who casually tossed out the DUFF comment is no oil painting himself. I know it is easy to say "Don't let it bother you" - it was a hurtful comment. Concentrate on yourself and if you feel that you have weight to lose so that you will feel better about yourself, go for…

I do the 5:2 and eat chocolate on non-fast days. I've lost more weight than I set out to, and am now maintaining and don't feel guilty about my choccy habit any more - no longer look upon it as a vice!

There's a 5:2 group on here that you can join - I've found it helpful. Also - I noticed that you got some negative replies to another post that you did about the 5:2 - you don't get those in the group. The people there know that the 5:2 is not a fad, most of them have researched it (as I did before I started it) and they…

Happy May. Loved the challenge. Great stuff. Still doing squats, too.
-
Done!
-
Oon target - where has this month gone?
-
Modified and done.

Can only do side planks on one side ... still modifying, but getting through it.

My goal was 126 lbs - I was always struggling to stay around 135. I started the 5:2 eating plan in January and am now hovering between 121/122 lbs. I'm more than happy with this. My size 12 (UK) super skinny jeans are not tight - could probably go down to a 10, but I have boxes of "thin" clothes in the loft that I should…

Still modifying - but still getting things done!

I have the same trouble with a pedometer - I've been trying to walk as much as possible as I haven't been able to do gym stuff due to a broken arm (roll on mid May, when I should be able to get back to the gym)..... the pedometer registers a lower calorie count than MFP ... PS - any HRM recommendations?

Yesterday is today - but done!

Caught up.

Me too.

I've been doing the 5:2 eating plan and have noticed a marked reduction in belly fat.
-
I do the 5:2. Feel free to add me.

Not up to the push ups - rest done.
