Absolutely get the fitbit - its awesome. I have the Fitbit One, had it since May, and it is part of me, no one knows I wear it, and it gives me a more accurate picture of my day. Also great motivation with the friends I have on Fitbit. Even my husband has one now and swears by it, it's gotten him off the couch and walking…

Thank you for posting, food for thought, but what it highlights, that at all stages things get a bad rap, then gets proven again that they are fine. Studies and scientists can all pro.ve/disprove a theory. At the end of the day, you should do what you believe is best for our body

Nope, have never had that, in fact have felt more willing to eat and try out the GF foods that are available. I have not looked at your diary, but you might find that you have cut out carbs and replaced it with more protein, and that would make you feel fuller.

I changed my running from the afternoons to the morning, which was really hard as I am NOT a morning person, but this way I knew I could do it on a…

I'm 5"2 and currently 125 which I am happy at, but would like to get down to 116. I need to be careful as I tend to lose the weight a lot in my face, so although I can lose more, my face starts looking all drawn and emaciated. So trying to do it slowly and in a healthy manner to see if I can prevent that from happening.

I love eating cereal out of a mug, stems from my boarding school days where we only had our mugs on us, and they doubled up as bowls. :)
