I bought the book through Amazon and have to say that it is fantastic. The only thing I would say is that the calories that their recipes tell you come up differently in the recipe calculator on here. The recipes are fantastic and also family pleasers so no need to cook separate meals. I would most definitely recommend :-)

I'm a single mum of two, they are slightly older than yours which makes it easier, I also work fulltime. When I exercise I tend to not be able to eat all of the additional calories gained. I don't think that it is a good idea to be eating under 1200 calories on a regular basis. You have a target number of calories to enable you to lose weight healthily, so you really ought to be meeting those. Just my thoughts though :-)

I always find that my attitude and desire to exercise is better midday onwards. If I exercise too late though I can't get to sleep lol! :-)
