    Well, I've just had breakfast (hello from tomorrow, everyone), but dinner tonight I'm thinking poached chicken with steamed veggies and some sweet potato mash. It's my go to meal for when I don't know what to cook!

    I had shepherds pie (home made) with green beans and turnip, followed by a mini pavlova using fat free Greek yoghurt instead of cream.

    I had so many calories left, I've just had a Topic bar. It was such a treat, and I've still finished the day with 45 calories to spare. I won't be eating them though :)

    Steamed Green Beans - 21 cals
    Steamed Baby Carrots - 35 cals

    Might add some brown rice too since I still have a little under 500 cals left for the day.
