I think there's a problem with your math. If you are losing 23 lbs in a little over a month, you're losing too fast and you could encounter further health issue. I'm sorry, I just worry about everyone. :heart:

I still do Nutrisystem and it works for me in what I need. I travel 90-95% of the time, so it is easy for me to buy 'a la carte' food from NS and take along with me. :smile: If you can get a set of workout bands, they are great! I travel alot and take mine with me. I give my upper and lower body a workout by pulling on them. I also got a book with them so I do some of the exercises in the manual. They are cheap and worth every cheap cent! Good luck we rooting for you.] :drinker:

Yeah, I carry the exercise bands with me. I can get a pretty good workout in the hotel room with those. I also try to use the hotel's exercise rooms (when I can) sometimes they're filled when I have time to use the room, so I make sure that I put in my part and work the bands. Quaker Oatmeal with apples and cinnamon. - 110 calories - quite filling Yoplait Berries & Cream-fat free - 100 calories - snack 8 oz Gatorade--so I don't dehydrate - 50 calories 1 20 oz bottle of water It held me till Lunch, and I didn't really feel hungy at lunch. Good luck:happy:
