We actually already have a cruise booked. We leave May 12th for a week long cruise to the Bahamas. I am really looking forward to it. I'm sure the money will be helpful in buying some new clothes for the cruise!

Yes, it is possible. I lost 22.4# in 12 weeks. You have at least 22 weeks until you want to wear this shirt. I was exercising an hour and a half 6 days a week. If you hit a plateau be sure to change your routine up and you will keep losing.

I dont see many people rewarding themselves with food...thats great! When I met a weight loss of 10 lbs (my goal is 20#) I treated myself to the Olive Garden. I LOVE their steak gorgonzola! I only ate half of it though and actually lost 2.8# that week!
