Wouldn't avoid snacking - planning your day can improve your metabolism if you do it for long enough I have breakfast, snack at 10.30, lunch at 1.30, snack at 4.00, dinner at any time from 6pm onwards. Maybe reduce meal sizes if you feel snacking is impeding on your calories too much? But I also second the healthy snacks!…

I always read that weighing every day isn't great as your weight fluctuates a lot, so I've always stuck with once a week - same day, approximately similar time ---> normally as i get in from school on a friday, before I eat my lunch!

What about foods that apparently increase metabolism? I've heard quite a few, I read that green tea and peanuts (in moderation) as snacks are good, filling, clean etc, but have been proven to increase metabolism... Any mileage in that (fiddling with what you eat a little) if you have no time to exercise further/ dont want…

Yeah what he said - I've bought some isolate today! Also chicken and tuna --- I have tuna/phili light in pasta every now and then - filling a quite a bit of protein!

Without purposely treading on people's toes, I would suggest sweet potato. The sole reason for this is because I watch the Hodge Twins (twin bodybuilders with channels on youtube), and they did a video on 'cutting', which suggested white potatoes aren't great and to replace them with sweet potatoes. I'm sure the others…
