Thanks everyone! Taking photos in the same clothes really does show the difference. My friends thought I was really when I went on this weightloss journey but with before/after clothes photos they now understand!! Hopefully soon I'll be in a two piece swimsuit for the first time in 9 years!

I'm 5'9. i'm doing 1600 calories. I don't log in my workout unless I'm running. I just rode the plateaus. One time it took me a whole month to lose 5 lbs!

I'm 5'9. I started at 209.8 currently down to 177.8. It's been about 71 days. I'm calorie counting to 1600, and doing insanity. I was running/jogging/walking 2-3 miles 6 days a week with insanity but recently insanity has turned up the heat so I don't know when I'm be on the treadmill again. Cardio and "diet" is the best…
