i did the shred last month and just started ripped in 30 this week. I did notice a difference in how my clothing fits. I would post pics but im kinda shy :blush:

mind over matter, I quit cold turkey 3 months ago and have never looked back....i breathe alot better which makes working out a bit less strenuous

check this link out. appartently the secret ingredient is something called xanthan gum which stops the ingredients from seperating. I guess dont use all the ingredients in the initial recipe, alter it to your liking and comfort level...just get the xanthan gum.

thats awesome! and it's true, we tend to be so caught up on the initial goal that we forget to step back and look at how far we've already come. My mini victory is being able to say no to pepsi and cigarettes! :)
