I spend 60-80 mins lifting 5 times a week. I try to mix up my routine to keep me motivated. i usually switch between 3x10 and 5x5 workouts. It also helps me get stronger. -Lets do this !

If you want to gain mussels, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you have a small surplus (250-300 kcal) you control your fat gain. You have to increase your protein intake, and cut off some of the carbs. -Lets do this !

Your legs just needs to adapt to your new job. As soon as they stop being sore, you can return to your workout routine.

I go with a mixed grip. No straps, no Chalk and no gloves. I think you need to improve your grip strength to improve your deadlift.

I workout every weekday for 60-80 minutes. If I miss one day, I would go to the gym in the weekend instead. Sometimes I do cardio in the weekend anyway.
