Tracking Macros

Hi MFP

I have som questions about tracking my macros, especially my protein.
When i start my tracking MFP says that I need 87 grams of protein. That number will increase when I work out of course. With one hour of weight lifting today I ended up with a protein goal of 100 grams. Personally I think that is way too low. I have heard that you need at least 2 grams of protein pr. kg. bodyweight, when you are trying to put on some mussels. With my 82 kg i should have at least 164 grams of protein everyday.

So the questions are:
-How much protein du you aim for a day?
-Can i change my goal manually at MFP?
-How many grams of protein do you think that I need?

I hope you can help me.
Feel free to add me if you want.

-Lets do this !
