Because in MN when it get to be 40 below zero with the wind chill you want to be able to do something inside and not everyone has the time or money to run to the gym all the time. I don't know the answer to that but wish I did. This is my second time at losing weight the first time I lost real slow to begin with and then it just started falling off real easy I am hoping for the same results this time only to keep it off instead of gain it back. Hang in there!:smile:

M&M's can't just have a few have to eat the whole bag big or small. Also I find that late at night I tend to eat and eat and not even realize I am doing it. Thinking maybe I need to go to bed at 9 to combat this! LOL:blushing:

I am 39 5' 2" SW 172 CW 170 GW 130 I was down to 135 pounds about 1 year ago then we had a tragic death in our family and I decided to quit smoking I gain alot of weight between the 2 and now I am finding it very hard to take it back off again. I eat right and excerise daily so hoping it will start to come back off again.
