Hi! I would love to join the challenge! Hopefully you have this every month. Are you tracking your whole day /steps or just when you lace up your shoes? If the latter is the case then:

I went for my usual walk during lunch hour. When I came home I found that my new Mio Active watch came in and I had to try it. Mio has a 10 K program where you can walk for 2 minutes and then run (jog in my case) for 1 minute (the watch will beep when its time to change from walking to running), this is to be repeated 8 times. I hadn't quite figured it all out since I only repeated it once.
I'll have to try it tommorrow and see how many times I can get the energy to jog.0 -
