I see quite a few folk listing their miles. Just wondered if some might be interested in the ticker graphic which automatically updates your posts. Some people aiming for 100 miles in April, which is amazing! Good luck! I will just about manage 60 miles.

I want to do this. I want to start off by walking, doing about 10,000 steps a day. I did a little over that today.0

On avarage, If I walked for 30 minutes a night, how many calories will I be burning for a 5 day work week? I'm asking because I'm able to get in 30 minutes a night at work but don't have the time on the weekends. Let me know...Thank you!0 -
