Thank you, I currently use 3 lbs dumbbell weights along with 1lb wrist weights. I took before pictures and after a few weeks Im going to take pictures to see the progress. I try to not rest between circuits to keep my heart rate up.

I am not close to my goal weight yet I still have around 60lbs left to lose. I usually lose around 1-2 lbs a week and I've been the same for 3 weeks now and I do eat some of the exercise calories back as well.

im 6'0 and my weight should be between 140-170 if you check out your bmi you will be able to find a weight that would be healthy for you. I'm aiming for 150-160

I actually did this last week and lost 4lbs, didn't gain it back. Im doing it now again as we speak. If you read what you're supposed to do on it you'll see that you are supposed to exercise and drink LOTS of water on it. I wasn't hungry at all on it.
