  • taco salad. 2 cups lettuce 1 tbsp sour cream 1 tbsp medium salsa sprinkle a little cheese. stir it all up. add more lettuce if you want. when it's stirred the sour cream and salsa can mix to go further. around 145 calories. so good

  • I had a veggie sub from subway last night. Every time I have one I can't get over how delicious the subway dressing is. Does anyone know what is in it or care to guess? It sort of tastes like cole slaw dressing. I would love to make a salad with dressing like that.
