anybody love peanut butter like I do?

I usually have a samosa salad, but my daughter can't stop eating them and goes over her limit for the day, so she asked me to please not make them any more. I love them in a salad because with lots of lettuce, I usually use about three cups and different fillers, I can munch for a long time and they can be pretty low in all categories.

So, to help her on her quest I didn't make any samosas. Then I didn't know what to have for supper in my salad. I usually have an apple and peanut butter for a snack and thought I would throw them in with the lettuce and some cottage cheese. Don't say "yuck" until you try it. I melted two tbsp of peanut butter in the microwave and mixed one cut up apple, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, 3 cups of lettuce. For anyone daring enough, here is the nutrition info.

cal - 368
carbs- 36
fat - 17
prot - 22
chol - 10
sodium - 761
sug - 23
fiber - 7

I love pb on banana....it is the best! Before starting to watch calories, I would sometimes have a pb and banana and mayonnaise sandwich on wheat bread. You can also try pb, mayo and lettuce. So, all that being said, I can't wait to try this salad!!!!! Thanks! Also, Sarge, I will check out your suggestion!

Yeah, it's actually really really good. Only downside is that you have to order it from bell (sorry I forgot that link in my OP). It does taste just like peanut butter, I love it on sandwiches with smuckers sugar free strawberry preserves. That's good eatin'.
