Food suggestions
I haven't been on here for a while (a little over a year). I am trying to get back on track, but can't remember some of the foods I used to eat that were filling and not too time consuming to make. Does anybody know?
I had a veggie sub from subway last night. Every time I have one I can't get over how delicious the subway dressing is. Does anyone know what is in it or care to guess? It sort of tastes like cole slaw dressing. I would love to make a salad with dressing like that.

How much sugar should you limit your intake to.
I was just curious if anyone knows what you should cap your sugar intake at. When you eat a lot of fruit it seems you also eat a lot of sugar. I know it's healthy sugar, but isn't it still just sugar when you get right down to it? Leslie

Hooray for me!
I can finally manage to do more than a leisurely walk for exercise. I separated my ribs at the end of December and finally took the bandage off last night. I just did 20 minutes of light floor exercises and feel so liberated. I was getting so sore all the time and gaining weight and I have to get the fibromyalgia back…

getting rid of unwanted food in "my food"

once you've listed food for your meals it gets added to "my food" my question is how do you delete it once you realize how bad it is and that you will probably never eat it again. My list is getting too long to just glance and find what I want. Leslie

whole wheat spinach wrap
These are really tasty and filling too. We use compliments whole wheat flour tortillas. One sheet. spread on 2 tbsp philadelphia light cream cheese spread on 2 tbsp of classic sun dried tomatoes (found with spaghetti sauce) boil 1 cup of raw spinach and separate and spread over tortilla roll up and enjoy.
