i have trouble with this myself too.. i wanna stuff my face every time i get stressed or mad or depressed and i always regret it and its become hard to lose weight .... ive only been at it 41/2 weeks now and im down 8-9 pounds i go up and down everyday im weight but i am down like 2-3 jean sizes though

that happend to me when i started the 30 day shred the first 2 days i felt sick to my stomach after it and was shaky and weak but hasnt happend since

thanks for all your input everyone! slow and steady is right and is what is healthy i need to keep on working my butt off and stay with it :) i am 100% happy with how far i have come and can not believe i have been faithful to 6 days a week for 3 weeks already! ive always been the quitter and would stop after a few days ..…

ive got 100 to lose to be at my ultimate goal weight.. so i do have it to lose!! my small goal is to lose 50 before summer

it will be 3 weeks on sunday so i know i am doing great and im already down 2 inches from my belly ! but i want that scale to move! i was hoping for 10 pounds down before the end of the month but we will see.

i am on day 5 of the 30ds and its tough but i love it! i have so far lost 2 inches from my stomach and 1inch from y theighs and i didnt measuer anywhere else before i started but i did measure them today so i can measure again later...

it has been going great so far for me and has changed my thinking and i feel great and my hubby has even noticed its helping our relationship even .. i have been doing it in the mornings so its done! but just wish id see something im hoping this week brings some change!
