I went through 2 Polar HRMs and now have a Fitbit Charge HR. I find it to be pretty accurate compared to the polar and love that I can wear it all day to track activity, HR and sleep as well. If I'm still hungry I eat back my exercise calories, if I'm not, I don't. I would say I eat half to all of my exercise calories back about 75% of the time. I do have a HRM that I wear so I feel confident that my calories burned are more accurate than what MFP says.

Great job! I haven't really taken many pictures during my weight loss but I like the idea of taking a picture once a month, especially in the same shirt so you can really see the difference. I think I might start that!
