You better work B*tch

Options
So, I always have to have music on when I work out. I have decided I want to put together an epic playlist. Would love to hear your favourite workout tunes for inspiration.

Obviously Britney's - you better work B*tch is a bit slow in tempo for the energetic stuff, but the message of the song always gets my head in the right place and is a great warm up song.

So, hit me with your best tracks!

When I was training for my first 10k, I listened to Janelle Monáe's "Tightrope" on repeat constantly. It's such a danceable track, and aligned PERFECTLY with my stride. "Cold War" has a very similar tempo and intensity; a little more serious of a track.

I don't usually listen to music when I work out but if I did, that'd be it.

Well if you're looking for a message, Eminem - Survival Of The Fittest works great:) it plays at my gym. Good for lifting.

Shake it off by Taylor Swift has been my latest cardio obsession.

    Regulars on my playlist:

    Superlove by Charlie XCX
Primadonna by Maria & The Diamonds
Sleeping with a Friend by Neon Trees
Safe and Sound by Capital Cities
    Closer by Tegan and Sara
    American Girl by Bonnie McKee

Upbeat cardio and very rhymic songs. Not sure if they're exactly what you're looking for in terms of theme.
