The custard cram spread is the closest you will ever get to heaven on earth. It's really rather sweet but if you like such things (like I do) you will love it. I have nicknamed the stuff crack cause it is addictive!!

What Sara said. + the most important exercise: shoveling, as in shoveling food in your mouth. At 22, tall and skinny you will want to make almonds and avocados and everything high calorie your friend!

That's exactly how I felt in my first week! To begin with I had as much to lose as you. I was secretly hoping for more but when I saw the 1lb loss I thought: mmhhh ... hey this is working! Let's do this! And it did! Lost all the weight I wanted! Well done! And have fun with the other 24 to 29lbs

depends on the workout you do I guess. I do heavy weightlifting plus HIIT exercises so very intense stuff and I roll well on the 5-6 hours (even though I do more like 7 hours) exercise despite my deskjob. So I would probably go with 3-4 hours or pick a number that is in between the 3-4 h and 5-6 h.
