No offense to anybody, but you do know that you gain up to fifteen pounds a week due to the heavy calorie intake. I wonder why everybody says that it is unhealthy to lose weight fast but they never say it's unhealthy to gain weight fast.

hello, I understand what you are going through. Some things that I try is drinking a lot of water until I fell like I'm no hungry, or eat celery that is negative calorie or zero. So you're eating, but nothing with calories. Or you could try to occupy your self with walking or doing anything that doesn't have anything to do…

Well I weighed in today and found out that I lost 10 pounds. I've been on here for two-three days, and I've been keeping up and not restarting like I use to(whenever I messed up my healthy lifestyle which was everyday) Being on my fitness pal has kept going. You should add me, having friends make the journey so much fun. ;)

i don't do that anymore due to the fact that the scale wouldn't lower, and it made me kind of depressed. I do it when I feel like I'm ready! :wink:

You know I ask myself everyday, but now I'm starting over today. All I need is motivation, and I could do this. I have been restarting for over 6 years, but this time I'm SUPER serious. Also I really love that quote up above. Never thought about it that way. :laugh:

I hate when people stare at you in disbelief that you would actually take the time to work out. I don't know if that happens to anyone else, but it makes me uncomfortable. It's like they're saying go back to that couch you were sitting on.
