Right now I can do 3x8 at 55 pretty easily. It's just progressing past that that I'm stalling at.

I have a strong love/hate relationship with squats. I want to love them but it's sooooo hard for me to go deep. I constantly get qued on that. And I love benching too- it's nice adding some real weight to the bar when other ladies are playing with dumbbells.

Thanks for the thoughts. I read some article talking specifically about people that are new to crossfit and how they typically will put on weight before losing weight. Who knows. :)

I'm glad you posted this! I feel the same way! If I eat in the morning, it's like opening a flood gate. You just can't stop it! :) I think I'm fine with "fasting" till lunch

To the fellas think muscles on girl are gross. There are many body types and many lifestyles out there. Haha, to be fair, he does have more weight around the stomach then I do. And he struggles with diet and doing cardio way more then me. But he has a lot of weight training dedication. I'm already in healthy weight range. But I know guys can loose weight so easily! So it could be close.

My boyfriend will use PVC pipe or broomsticks to help massage out different large sore muscles. You could also freeze waterbottles, wrap them in a towel and roll your legs over them. Don't forget to stretch what you can! :) Hope you feel better!
