I went from having several cans of regular Coke per day as a teenager, then switched to Diet Coke/Coke Zero, then to Diet Sprite and then eventually weened myself off that to water and unsweetened iced tea. Definitely was not an overnight process. I don't miss it at all, in fact I think most soda tastes disgusting now.

My new thing is a chocolate Fiber One brownie microwaved for a few seconds, with a serving of Halo Top Vanilla Bean ice cream. Saves my sanity for around 150 calories.

Got my whole family out for an hour long walk today, catching Pokemons!

5'4, 144 as of this morning. Size 8 jeans, M/L tops. Goal is 130 or to fit back into my size 4's.

You can do it! What helped for me was breaking it down into small goals and rewarding myself for each goal met (example, after losing 10 lbs I'd buy a new lipstick, a charm for my bracelet, a workout outfit... or whatever floats your boat). :)

I'm 5'4, I started my get fit journey around 9 years ago at 200+ lbs, lowest recorded weight was 130, about 3 years ago. I am now at 145 but am trying to get back down to about 135.

I'm 5'4, CW 137 lbs and around 34% bodyfat, goal is 15-20%.

Dick's Sporting Goods also has the Quest bars. I wasn't a fan of Quest, I prefer Pure Protein and Zone bars.

I get a Venti Nonfat Cappuccino, 110 calories, 16 carbs and 10 grams of protein.

Thanks for this quick lesson, I've always struggled with calculating the grams too. Makes total sense.

I've had that problem with creamer too as I have several cups of coffee throughout the day. I've switched over to unsweetened almond milk so I get the creaminess but not all the calories.
