Thank you! I'm pretty happy especially where I've come from. 😌

Hahaha that's excellent. I mean I'll take 16% lol. I've always been somewhat dense (queue jokes), but that's freaking low. I don't believe I have a dexa scan near me, I was looking, but really this is all curiosity sake obviously, so I suppose it doesn't matter. My body fat clearly went down so I'm happy with that. Being…

Thank you! Really I was just curious and I'm almost at the point where I'm going to stop eating at a deficit and start really try to put on muscle. I just started to go down a rabbit hole of wait that doesn't seem accurate. Regardless I'm happy where I'm at at the moment and ready to keep pushing forward. I also was…

hopefully that works. If the error can be up to 3% I would assume I'm at least in the 20% range. How annoying.

I love how I trusted it when it said I was 29% but I can't trust it at 16%. Google says the margin of error is between 1.8 to 2.8 %, so i'm guessing i'm closer to 20%. I'll get re-dunked in a few months and see what it says. I really expected it to be more like 22%, I feel like skin and bones, but skinny fat, but who…

Right? I still have my period, not losing hair, but I am cold constantly. Anything below 75 degrees I need a sweater. It's been a while since I've done blood work though so that could be iron. I do not have visible abs (when flexing I'm starting to see definition), I look more like the 20% range. My upper body is very…

I only drink coffee for breakfast, smallish lunch, and high cal dinner, dinner time is when i want to pig out the most so that's when i save my cals, i can pretty much last the whole day without eating too much or feeling super hungry, i just love a big dinner.

Given the fact that you've been apart so long, I would probably try to just fit everything into my calories. Otherwise I would just explain the situation, but you're not going to gain all the weight back from a few meals. Either way I would explain it to him and just say I wasn't going to overindulge.

No one was mean to you, people are trying to help, this kind of drinking behavior is worrisome that's all, and most of us know someone or them themselves have had issues with alcohol. Furthermore, it's nothing to be ashamed of, it can happen (and does) to anyone, alcohol is a very addictive substance. If you don't think…

I actually really like gels, but can only handle the fruity flavors and only like Gu. It's really hard for me to eat the gummies and they get stuck in my teeth and are super annoying. I normally only carry food if i'm running more than an hour so start around 6 miles, which is probably too late but i feel like a lot of it…

yeah this is pretty impressive, not going to lie.

I love it!!! I add a little bit more black salt for the eggy flavor, but the texture is spot on and it's amazing. I'm so stoked on it.

i LOVE Seitan, its so easy to make, give it a go!!!

Doctors suck sometimes, they don't always listen, i think it's a wonderful idea for you to reach out to the eating disorder clinic. Best of luck and love to you, you will get through this. <3 <3 <3

too many runners like wine.

i'm veganbettie on garmin connect. :) Good luck! I've been supposed to be training for a marathon but i've been lacking proper motivation...

I think it's just something like shorthand but for typing, it's not necessarily something that you would say out loud, just type out. Wait, never mind, say it like this.
-
interesting i've never heard of that either, i thought it was used to describe vegans AND vegetarians as well. Well Veg*n anyways, not Ve*an...maybe that's the difference.
-
i've found that the people that have just recently become vegan are more like that than others, i know in the beginning of my own veganism i was like that too, maybe not SO crazy as your experience, but preachy nonetheless. As most of us continue our journey, in my experience, we learn that doesn't work to convert…

wooooow... I am just floored.

me, almost 9 years.

My halfs are normally like 2:40... My best 5k was 32
-
thank you. I started to panic. I may not be fast but I give it my all damnit!
-
this is scary. I have my first Marathon on the books of May of next year and halfs are taking me 2 hours and 40 freaking minutes....
-
you're one of my favorite friends on here, you have the best style and no matter what size you are you just look amazing!!!! You're doing so incredible!!!
-
why wouldn't safety be a big issue for runners? I'm confused. I mean, the likely hood that something bad would happen to you is probably pretty low, but bad stuff happens everywhere all the time....you should always use your brain and be safe.
-
I personally feel safer running early in the morning rather than late at night, i won't run past 9 PM. And I try not to run for too long before the sun comes up. I'm more worried about bad people than I am cars, I light myself up. And I live in an okay area.

fair. She has been through a lot. I really really feel for her and stars like her. She seems to be doing really really well now though. besides having to deal with creeps.

What a creepy thread. No wonder Brittany went crazy.

I have a friend that swears that if she is getting sick drinking it diluted with water prevents her from getting really sick.... I was and am skeptical, but the last time I was getting sick I did it and I didn't really get hit fully.....Pretty sure it's a coincidence. It does sort of help with appetite control though, but…
