Hydrostatic Body Fat Testing
I recently had my body fat tested via water displacement or the hydrostatic body fat testing and I'm just curious if anyone has done that and had the results be inaccurate. I realize they dunk you 3 times and then average it out but I'm just super surprised by my results. back in 2017 I was at 29% and I just recently…

Is there anyone that is actively trying to lose weight while training for a race? I have give or take 10 more pounds to lose and i'm about 4 weeks off from my first half marathon. I'm trying to decide if I should stay at a calorie deficit, or give myself a break until after my half. I really want to lose the last 10 pounds…

Total Chloesterol.
I did normal blood work a few weeks ago and got my results back, everything seemed really good but next to my total cholesterol amount they wrote a note to eat more protein. The level was 89 and I guess anything under 200 is good, but does anyone know if 89 is just too low? And how could they tell that I need more protein…

I'm currently running about 3 to 4 days a week, but looking into bumping it up to every day with maybe one rest day, not sure if that will cause injury or not, so i'm looking for some advice. Reason being is…

BMR and Breastfeeding Question
My BMR based off the online calculators is 1674 and my TDEE is 2009, but that calculator does not take into account my breastfeeding toddler.... Right now MFP is giving me 1430 cals to lose 1 pound per week. And then I add on another 300 for breastfeeding, so that's a total of 1730 I eat per day.... Should I try to base my…

Time of Day
What time of a day do you notice that you're meals are more calorie dense? Or do you tend to spread it out as much as possible. And why? I tend to want to eat a lot at dinner no matter how much i've eaten throughout the day so i'm learning to curb that.
