Weis Markets. My Weis store is remodeling and besides screwing up the location of every single product, they've added more/new stuff. It was an an organic frozen section for some reason.

Has anyone had the Mario Batali gelato? I bought the Tiramisu and it was amazing. For $5.29 I expected it to be, and it wasn't even a full pint. The actual texture was very soft and sort of fluffy. The mix ins were the best part. I would probably buy it again. Oh yes, and the measurements aren't in g's, so what was kind of…

Reese's Eggs and a new one-- party cake peeps!

I tend to over eat when I'm on my period but I grit through the pain and still work out. I have a headache 3/5 of the time anyway so I've developed a pretty suitable pain tolerance. You just got to do it, whatever you chose to do, and move on.

I use weight. Amy's Organics soups are often like that. Also got "The Conplete Cookie" the other day and weighed out the entire thing which was larger than the listed (2) serving size(s) and a LOT more calories than it said.

Luckily I haven't hit that wall yet. I was never really a caramel person until recently when I decided I like chocolate LESS than caramel, but I love when the flavors are intertwined. I never spring for a plain chocolate flavor. I'd rather have vanilla with chocolate in it or...smothered by it. The caramel apple pie…

I'm with my best friend right now and she works at DD/Baskin Robbins. She says it's "pretty good," and she's also an ice cream snob. She says the caramel ribbon is great and the pralines are good. Very sweet, so she says. The version she would've had is the big *kitten* vat at the actual store.

Hot damn! Fried cheese balls! You sir, are quite the genius. I've only ever had fresh fried cheese once, and it was amazing. Unlike most crispy, tube shaped mozzarella sticks, it was flat and the breading was crispy, but not too crispy. I could probably make it on my own time but I'm super lazy.

Oh, I get it alright. :sunglasses:

I googled it and got pictures of furnace ovens! That's not a very successful way to stay in a defecit...ovens might have a lot of calories and...stuff.

I ate a little bit after work, but I realized we had a jumbo box of Little Debbie's Nutty Bars. I traded my serving of That's My Jam Core for 1 nutty bar-- not really worth it. That's some sort of math though, right?

Life is too short for math ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Go eat some gelato, y'all.

He prefers the term "exotic dancer" and he's got bills to pay too, ya know? Actually, he is a terrible cat and we mock him at every chance we get.

Awh, no dogs here...just cats...

See, my problem is that I hardly ever have left over rice.

I must've skimmed over it and misread, sorry. I remember liking the sea salt caramel one (which I had a long while ago), but I like the salted peanut one even better. I also just realized that there was a second part to my last reply but it mustn't have posted. I was using the app. Since I was on the app, I also couldn't…

Jorocka says she didn't like it all that much either. Personally, the peanuts in it were my favorite (it could've used more). I'm actually more of a fruity ice cream person but the salted peanut and B&J Candy Bar Pie may have converted me (somewhat).

I'll press my luck with that bubbled out can on my shelf

Man, everyone's hating on the salted peanut caramel but I really liked that one!! I just had Ben and Jerry's milk and cookies and it was basic. Also found the Tonight Dough and the best parts were the cookie dough balls, and the ice cream flavors were average.

My great grandfather died of a heart attack when he was 36. He had two young kids (technically four, he had a secret family in another state). More recently, I had a cousin die of a heart attack at 34. I had a great grandmother who had heart disease. So many people in my family live with diabetes. I keep a very watchful…

Just this last comment.. I don't care about the previous quotes and I have my opinion on the original post, but I'm not going to share it. I will, however, say that this last comment by tincanonstring sums a lot of my feelings. Dang it...Here I go, getting involved... I wonder about the "good food vs bad food" idea all the…

I swear every time I get French fries from Burger King and weigh them at home, somehow they are always the exact weight listed (143g I believe). Okay, okay, maybe not exact but the listed weight or very close to it.

You may be getting "insight" from people who have had their parents do the same thing to them as you are doing to your daughter. I'm included in that. My dad would suggest trainers and exercise, would suggest me losing weight, and compare me to my friends (I was 10 years old, mind you) which did the exact opposite of what…

Agreed. Wins all of the forums at the moment....

Welp, surprise ruined...I left my phone charger at your house and I had to plug a usb into my computer, so I figured I'd just look at the forums on here and as I'm reading comments on this post Jack says "well, I'm not surprised anymore." I thought he was talking about something else until I realized he could see my…

I'm thinking of surprising Jack and getting him the Rootbeer Flavor :) persoanlly, I just want that chocolate...but he puts up with my flavor choices the rest of the time

They have Steve's at our Safeway too now. They also have the Yuengling ice creams!

My mom grew up on a dairy farm, so we've always used whole milk. Now a days, I prefer almond milk. Skim milk is basically gross water to me. I can't stand the taste/texture. As for products containing milk, I use all kinds, but I usually go for full fat products.
