  • Well done for doing it! I'm on day 3 and still on modified push ups, I have never been able to do proper ones, I have about zero upper body strength.I'm going to try and do some proper ones tomorrow, maybe half and half and build it up slowly. Keep up the good work!!
  • wow you guys have been amazing, thank you so much! Man, I love this site :) think I know what I'll do, carry on as normal! Maybe add extra egg whites in to bump up the volume of an omelette without necessarily adding too many calories. Plus, I'd be completely useless at separating them, I mean, I make enough mess when…
  • Hiya! I'm about to do day 3 of level 1, my understanding is you do 10 days at level 1, 10 days at level 2 then 10 days at level 3. It sounds like a lot to do it straight through and I think you need to listen to your body if you feel you need a rest day, as 30 contonuous days of exercise is a lot for anyone!! Hope you…
  • I love this thead. I LOVE this show so much! I LOVE Daryl. Am super excited for its return in the UK on 15th Feb. I was sooooo annoyed it took a mid season break, I had to buy some of the bokos to keep me going!
  • I ordered mine before realising you can get them for free on Youtube. D'oh! Am hoping I get it either today or tomorrow so would be up for starting with someone, to encourage one another to keep going and see how we get along. I'm really excited, have read a lot of good about it. Good tip about taking measurements before…

  • I'm doing the SW one on 21st September, really excited/terrified at the same time!! It's giving me a good lot of motivation to get in better shape and a lot fitter, as I don't want to embarrass myself or let my team mates down! I also want to complete it, as a percentage of people (20% I think) who enter don't complete it.…

  • I started last week and bizarrely am finding it therapeutic and slightly enjoyable tracking my calories. Discovering bad habits already which I'm trying to kick. Please feel free to add me for support and motivation together. We can do this!! :D
  • Hi!! I'm new to this as well, trying to get in the habit of coming on everyday and logging what I've eaten, already noticed some interesting habits which is good! Always willing to support others as pretty sure I'll need motivation and encouragement soon so add away! I'm from the Bristol area :)
  • I'm really new too!! It's always good to have extra motivation and support where you can, I've been a bit slack about engaging with the community on here but seeing other peoples success stories and ideas is a great way to keep my motivation up. Have sent you an add request :)
