  • Yep, I follow the program for the 3 days identical as it is in the book. Down to the letter!
  • Yeah, I guess I do. I didn't actually expect to win them & it's only for 30 days so I thought I'd give them a go, especially since they're free! I did the first one today and it was mostly HIIT training, 30 secs on, 10 secs off, resistance bands, body weight exercises, that type of thing. Still not sure whether to carry on…

  • Awesome, thanks very much! I know a couple of people who have been using it so it's nice to get a breakdown of how far it does go and that the flavours are nice as well! I need to get some more myself soon so will definitel be ordering from there. Thanks for the recommendation. Any flavours which are better?!
  • Hey, I did my first workout today!! Am really pleased that I got on and did it in the gym, although I had to re-order part of it as there was a gym challenge on and there were people in the way of where I needed to be! But still, I got on and did it! Think I'll be increasing weights more next time as I didn't feel like I…

  • Hey! I'm just reading through the book and familiarising myself with the workouts so would love to be friends with other people who are doing/have done the same to encourage and share tips etc. I'm on here everyday and always try to comment when I see it and offer any advice if I can. I'm hoping to start next week, Mon…
  • UK input here! - My husband says "Like a rat out of an aquaduct" I think for something/one moving very fast He also says "As much chance of S****ing a golden egg", meaning that it's unlikely that whatever said event is will happen. Apologies if things are incorrectly spelt, it's been a looooong day.....
  • Uk here!! South west to be a bit more precise :)

Does take some getting used too, but only roughly 60 cals per glass. But, it is your 21st so make sure you have some fun!!! Just be careful…
