I think I'm jus going to stick to my hand weights and jumping for now and burpees for now. Can't really afford to get workout sets right now. Thanks everyone for your inputs!

And I do jump rope :) one of my fave cardio things. Running isn't a first choice for me.

Well the Only reason I'm doing a video is because I have no time for the gym. I get home at 6 and have a toddler.

The only thing I really do for my abs are crunches and bicycles. I mostly do leg and arm work.

I'm on my 8th day and can already see a small difference. It tones up your butt and makes it more roundish while lifting it up some. Also tones up your legs too.

Been looking for a steady butt workout to whip my rear into shape. This looks like a challenge, I am in!

I'm not a fan of weights and strength either. But, this workout seriously makes you feel everything in your body, which I LOVE! I can't wait to get started again, best of luck to you guys!

I did it for a week and a half about a year ago, and saw my body beginning to tone. I got too busy and never followed through with the entire thing, but BOY will it work you!
