Try tofu or seitan....all you're eating is animal protein which has fat.

I'm not a doctor, thats who you need to be talking to about it. But cramming an already constipated colon with more protein isn't the answer and just "fixing it" with laxatives. Eventually, your body will get used to laxatives and you'll need to take more and more to go to the bathroom. I highly recommend you see a doctor.…

Well don't ask for help if you don't want it.

They just help you meet your protein goals if you are having trouble. They don't do anything else.

Spinach. My sister eats it daily and had never had any iron issues.

Why are you eating that much protein a day with unmanaged Ibs-c? Do care about your health at all? Why ask for help if you have 0 intention to changing things?

Just don't eat eggs. If you are talking about egg beaters they are still egg. Same issues. There's a vegan egg by follow your heart brand you could try or tofu scramble if you are dead set on something to replace eggs

It's easy to lose weight not eating clean. You just starve yourself or eat low calorie crap.

There's a new one called linzess and another but I don't remember the name. You shouldn't take laxatives because you can damage your digestive system long term
-
You need to go see your GI. There's a couple of medications. That have been approved for Ibs-c recently

Many people have issues with the fructans in wheat, not the gluten. Such as people with Ibs...it's just mistaken for ncgs. So these people eat gluten free, but in reality they can eat some wheat and won't get sick. And likely they are sensitive to other fructans and other foods.

I take a prenatal. Usually at lunch or breakfast. Not everyday though.

Why does it matter what anyone's moral beliefs are for eating the way they do? You're not gonna change theirs and they aren't gonna change yours.
-
You can be perfectly healthy not eating chickens.
-
Actually this isn't true you don't need 1g protein per pound of body weight.
-
Kind of not a real solution to avoid it unless you avoid exercise
-
You would have to be in order to have "cheat days".
-
They aren't farming the gophers and mice to eat is the difference.
-
All yogurt just makes me bloated. So I just stay away.
-
I haven't notice a difference I. Energy between days I eat 60 and days I eat 100g of protein. I do notice that if I have a smoothie during the day before exercising I have more energy than on days I don't.
-
Spinach. My sister eats a lot of spinach and is able to give blood often as her iron is always good. She is also vegetarian. Beans are also a good source
-
Which is unnecessary.
-
except they aren't treated much better and are still killed unnecessarily.
-
If you have to have "cheat days" the diet you are on probably isn't for you.
-
Any diet can be unhealthy if you want it to be.
