Haha- I am enjoying it! And will enjoy feeling lean and mean again soon :)

Definitely doing a ton of walking, which really does help. But I am eating as fast as I can shove cheese, chocolate, and bread into my mouth, YIKES!!!! I think it will be ok...I just need to get back on track when I get home. It's always a bit tough to kick those cravings away yet again.

Thank you!!! It was so much fun. Btw I'm in the Netherlands now (Maastricht) visiting my daughter, then back to London for work, then home on Friday. Monday the 19th I desperately need to get back in the 21DF game...this awesome European foodfest I've been on has NOT been good for my healthy eating plan!!!

Sorry, my app is misbehaving...here is proof!

Hi @chareig, welcome! Hopefully you ordered the entire program (that comes with the meal plan) and not just the containers, because that will give you all the information you need. Some things are not necessary to use the containers - the meal plan tells you what to eat. For example, pita I believe is 1/2 a whole wheat…

Great, it's a fantastic program! We have an active, supportive 21DF group on here...feel free to join us: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/103806-21-day-fixers

@symba1130 thank you so much for the follow-up and for sharing your great news. Congratulations on your success...and not just the weight loss. Sticking to what works for you and shutting out the "noise" isn't easy at all, but you did it. And you have fantastic results to show for it!! Really interesting observation…

My hotel rooms will be ridiculously tiny...usually barely even room to open my suitcase!! But, I love to walk when I am in cities and even run (tho I normally hate running). So although I won't be able to do the 21DF workouts, I will stay active. The first 5 days of the trip will be in the Netherlands, helping my daughter…

Enjoy the birthday celebration!!!

Aw thank you for your support! I got the veggies in but could not handle one. more. portion. of ground turkey. No clue what I will eat for dinner tonight because I'm so sick of chicken, turkey, and fish I may never eat them again!!
-
One more meal to go on this 3-day adventure...man am I sick of chicken and veggies!!! Worth it though...definitely got rid of the bloat and dropped a few pounts. Would love to lose 2.5 more before I leave on Aug 31st for a few weeks...2.5 would bring me to my lowest in a few years which I really want!!
-
@haleymiller0707 Yes I joined the Labor Day group too. Trying desperately to get a few more pounds off before I leave for 3.5 weeks on Aug 31!!
-
Hmmmm how would you do that tho? Like fill a green with asparagus (for example) and purée it with water? If so I can't see that being a problem.
-
@germany03 I only made it through two days last time also! But I'm determined to make it through tomorrow, even though I have the feeling I will have to choke down the food. I am so sick of it!!! Thank you for the encouragement, I am going to do it (I am yelling that last part at myself).

I'm on day 2 of another 3 day quick fix. As boring and annoying as it is...it works. I did it this time for two reasons: one, to get me back on track since I have been very unfocused in my nutrition. Two, to get rid of this bloat I seemed to be carrying as a result of said unfocusedness (yes I know that's not a word but I…

@GuacMoney great job killing the cravings and I'm glad to hear you are figuring out how to work the program so that it works best for you. 21 Day Fix is really flexible which is great, but it also means that you have to play with it a bit in the beginning to figure out will keep you satisfied and on track. Great job!!!!

Yummmmm....anything with goat cheese sounds great to me

Hi, full disclosure I am a coach. Many coaches will tell you that you can only lose weight with Shakeology. I don't agree - to me, it's just another tool for the arsenal and does not have magical powers. That said, I drink it every day - I use it for my morning snack mixed with a half a banana so it's one red and one…
-
@SatiaRenee thanks, I think I'll do that. And I'm impressed that you can make even the 3DQF look good!
-
@SatiaRenee I can't believe how awesome your mom is at 75!!! She did about 75% of the workout? That's probably what I did the first time, if that. Awesome! Really annoying about the wrong set, broken disk, etc. As a coach, it really frustrates me to hear these things because it's the kind of thing that can scare people…
-
@SatiaRenee yup, you know it works, and you know it's not much fun :) I will be doing one myself sometime in the next couple of weeks. I can't seem to stay completely on track with my nutrition. Trying to decide if I should get on track first and then do the QF....or use the QF to get me on track. Thoughts?
-
Hahahaha enjoy your soapbox!! I'm sure you're right, whatever the argument is :)
-
I would go nuts in a crowd that big. No way would I do that!!! It was fun to watch from bed with my dog and that's as close as I'll get.
-
Another one, this from the Beachbody fb page. Amazing!
-
Oh that's right I read about that! Really not cool and I do hope they change that back. Hopefully the backlash will force them to!
-
@SatiaRenee I have gone on and off coffee since I started drinking Shakeology. I don't even think the caffeine does anything to me...but I like it anyway. Habit I guess!! The acid comment cracked me up too. I do have a Keurig but I don't buy K-cups because of the environmental impact you mentioned - I use the refillable…

The calculations add 450 calories based on the workouts. So, if you are normally told to eat around 1700 then this ties in nicely with that. I suggest you try to follow the guidelines for a couple of weeks and see how it works for you. If you aren't losing, you could consider going down a bracket. But I suspect it will…

There is just something about the 3 Day QF food that is so boring, no matter how I spice it up. But eating the regular Fix way always seems totally luxurious after the 3 Day, so that's a plus!!!
-
Oh man....another grrrr from me. Could not agree more with everything @SatiaRenee said!!! 6 lbs is a great loss at your size and it's not supposed to be a race anyway.
