I more meant if you say have 30g of fat in a day will you lose fat and if you're trying to gain muscle will a low fat level like that affect muscle gain?

Yeah sorry that's what I meant. Not healthy just not as bad for you in terms of calories and sugars etc. I mostly just drink rum and diet coke i seem to enjoy it most hah. Shots of tequila aren't bad either!

I've stuck my mum on it and she's complaining about her knees and joints as well. Maybe some fish oil etc? It's going to hurt your wrists and joints for a while because you aren't used to your bodyweight on the wrists etc, this is something that heals itself with time I find. I've been doing stronglifts since July and made some decent progress but I had a back injury and carried on eating in the same style, it means I've gone from 11 and a half stone to 13 stone, although some of it is muscle it can't ALL be muscle and I don't really like the way I'm looking at the minute. Weight training. I lost 9+ stone in a year. I've tried cardo, all the creams etc and didn't see much difference, soon as I smashed the heavy weights I started getting the results I wanted within 6-7 weeks. Try the new rules of lifting for women! :)

Ahh thanks for that, I'm struggling I think because I'm eating 3000+ cals a day and the daily recommended amounts aren't really built for that kind of intake, I am training and I'm currently bulking so I do need a lot of calories throughout the day. Start stronglifts 5x5. Google it, loads of people do it. I'm currently doing it and seeing gains immediately. Consume a surplus cleanly and lift heavy and you'll be fine. I'm on about 3000 a day at the min.

Psh tequila teacup shots have been around for ages. At the bar I drink in we've got mini teacups just for tequila shots (yes I'm a tequila beast :D) Rum all the way though, someone come n share.

Hah I did exactly that with the munchies last night but I ate the naan bread, I'm on a bulk at the minute so I'm on 3000 calories a day anyway, it's more getting it to fit into my macro's in terms of sugar etc, some of the drinks you can get like vodka redbull it's scary how much sugar is in it.
