I have the force and I absolutely love it. I now know how many calories i'm burning and what my TDEE is.

Alarm goes off a 4:45. I lift in the mornings and run in the afternoons.

I did the whole ChaLEAN Extreme program a few years ago. The only thing I can think of is that you are lifting to heavy so you are compensating with your neck?? You need to be able to relax that area. How heavy are you lifting?

I always freeze bananas if I cant eat them fast enough. they are a great addition to my protein shakes and I make ice cream with them. I'm sure they would be perfectly fine to refreeze. I'm sure freezing and avocado would stop the browning process just like bananas but i'm not sure.

Every mug cake recipe I have tried tastes too much like eggs. This one looks pretty good though.

I don't like the consistency but I will add egg whites occasionally. I too make the protein pancakes with cottage cheese. They are delish! I just combine everything in a food processor. I also add cottage cheese to my protein shakes.

Lift heavy. Squats, (bulgarian split, wide stance, narrow stance are my fav. Do lunges, and deadlifts, Leg press, leg curls, leg ext etc. No light weights!!

IMO no one person is the same. We all burn a different amount of calories a day depending on our activity level. The best way to determine how many calories you should consume is to figure out your TDEE -15-20% deficit. With hardcore exercise I burn 2400 calories a day. I don't like mushy oats.. I like texture. Quick cooking oats tend to get mushy. Overnight oats are delicious though with a very creamy texture. Add some nuts to give texture.

Hmm.. I've used splenda for years and it hasn't stopped me from losing fat. I do agree that it has lot of chemicals but it doesn't stop you from burning fat.

My entire life I have had a flat *kitten*. It has taken me many years of heavy lifting and cardio to achieve the shape I have now. It looks pretty damn good now :)

You need to build muscle. Incorporate weight lifting into your routine. There are tons of exercises you can do for your legs as well as the rest of your body.
