  • I have been eating 4 small meals a day... a granola bar before i work out ( 30 min before) some fruit after (a hour after) A small salad around lunch time and a salad around dinner... then I do some cardio a hour or so after that....
  • Well I know I am actually anemic....and have been taking Iron pills since Ive been little....I bruise pretty easily but these random bruises are new and have never happened before...maybe I will see if I can get some advice from my doctor. Thanks!

  • sorry this is going to be graphic but not ALLI all it does is make you poop ....my mom tried it and was only on it a few days....if you read the label it tells you to wear dark colored clothes and extra padded underware because of leakage....dont put yourself through that!!!

  • I too am also obsessed with the scale. I weigh myself in the morning....after I work out and before I go to bed....Sometimes more just to see the numbers. Crazy I know!!! I have always been that way and I cant imagine only weighing myself once a week!!! I record my morning numbers because honestly they are almost a pound…
