Hooray! I'm glad you're making progress. :-) Since I've been losing weight a lot slower I'm just keeping track of my waistline more than anything... I'm down to 32.5" around my waist!

I have a barrel chest and lumbar lordosis due to that. Is it even possible for me to have a completely flat stomach? I'm at 149 pounds, estimated 16%-18% body fat, 5'6", 32" waist. When I do the "chest out, stomach in" pose, my stomach goes mostly flat, but that's not exactly a pose I maintain during regular activities.

I'm currently stuck around 149 pounds, so I'm guessing I must be close to my ideal weight. I decided to just change my goals to "lose 1 pound per week" to maybe kickstart things for the final stretch. It's nice to have a bit more leeway again, 1200 calories a day is tough.

Aw. :( I plateaued for a month at one point, it was a real pain. As long as you keep living a healthy lifestyle it'll go back down eventually.

I was just barely below 150 for about a week, but then I fluctuated up today. Not sure what's up with that. Still, I'm pretty close to my goal weight, so I'm happy about that. :)

Keep trying!! My weight loss has slowed down a bit too, partly because I don't have as much to lose. But I've stayed below 160 pounds for a week so hopefully I'll keep trending downwards. It took me 4 months to get this far.

Yeah, I've been getting better at only getting a small portion or outright ignoring free food at work. We tend to be a little celebration happy and there's also free food in the kitchen a lot. Keep plugging away! Also, I started this thread now that I've managed to stay below 160 for a week:…
