Okay, okay, 28 pounds lost so far, but it looks better to round it up. ;-)

I bought some new clothes this weekend and not only am I back down to a size 32 waist (previously 36), but I went from a size large shirt to a size medium!!! I haven't worn medium shirts since I was 13!
