Everyone is doing so well! Great job! I completed only day 4 today. I decided I wasn't going to do it on my 12 hour work days, so only doing it 5 days a week. BUT, I will complete all 30 days, it will just take me a few days longer than everyone else! Keep shredding!

I too work 12 hour shifts. I tend to pack an entire lunch bag full of different things that are easy to snack on and so I have options. Day 2 complete. Didn't burn as many calories as yesterday cuz I couldn't do the moves to the full effect cuz I'm so sore! It hurts to sit on the toilet! lol :/

Count me in! I've been stuck between 138 and 141 with a goal of 135! Nothings happening! I've been slacking lately with exercise due to vacations, etc, but still trying to watch what I eat. I've been stuck for about 2 months!

I believe we burn a couple hundred calories in a twelve hour shift. I have my activity level set to "light" and leave it at that!

Me too! Me too! The hamstrings and glutes were pretty sore today! But made it thru day 2, even after a couple interruptions from my two year old! I did use 8 pound weights for some of the moves today and it felt better! Also felt a little more coordinated already doing some of the moves! Keep on rippin'!

Well, I too have completed my first day of Ripped! It definitely is a good workout! I was a little disappointed with circuit 1, but maybe I'll just have to use heavier weights tomorrow (only for the first circuit, cuz the other two kicked my *kitten*!) I used 5 pound weights for all of 30 DS and I could have used heavier…
