  • I also used too drink Diet Coke by the gallon, me and a friend would go into a restaurant that we frequent and they would have two pitchers and 2 glasses ready for us. I know the feeling!   • I know! I had tried everything in the past, EVERYTHING. Only too fail. I started watching what I ate and cutting calories and the weight started to coming off, 7 lbs the first week, the .5 to 2 every week after that.   • The only way to get a perfectly accurate reading is a heart monitor. I stopped trusting all of those monitors on machines and also the ones on my EA Active and Biggest Loser game.
