Thanks all! I started in February. Loss was slow at first a lot of up and down actually until I introduced 21 day meal plan, i eas staying in calorie foal but maybe was eating too much sugar and fats? IDK.

Yeah at first I was eating whatever I wanted within my calories, but I was going over my sugar and fat doing that. So eating a little healthier I feel like I am staying within my macros easier. Plus bread really really bloats me so I wanted to cut that down significantly.

bmr on your google file is 1475. it may be that i have a lot of belly still from pregnancy and i have to be careful when i am pregnant first one i was on bedrest and this one pretty much no walking, lifting etc. not bedrest but had to be very careful. so i am sure i have lost a ton of muscle mass??
