    i took measurements on monday so i think its too soon i will wait a month? i have read about the excersize/water weight issue here on MFP.
    i just want to make sure i am moving in the right direction.

    i went on scoobys workshop it says:
    with light activity 1-3 days a week i guess that would be my t25 workout because i am moving slow still
    basal 1546
    tdee 2126
    calories daily 1701

    i am terrified to up my calories even tho i used tdee -20% the last time i was losing weight.

    Every entry for grilled chicken has an * in front this is so annoying. Then I looked up roasted chicken breast the entry with no * is grams and I measured in oz. I can't this is so annoying

    can oz not be converted to grams?
