Sorry babe, don't have the answers but know a change WILL come. It took TWO months fir me to loose 2lbs but I have realised my TOTM plays a big part. Also make the distinction between body image and the scales. I am getting lots of comments of losing weight but the scales are not moving. I was able to wear a top today…

Alternate push ups with tricept dips. Building muscle will help shape your arms make them more defined and hence smaller

It's been a while but I agree, you need to creat you own routine. My weightloss was most successful when I was home with plenty time to dance around with baby and plan proper meals. Now I find I fall off the wagon at the weekend where there is little or no structure winding down from work

I do too now. I did buy a pair of light weight for use at home but now I use Susan Fleetwoodthem in the gym. It's just second nature to workout bearfoot, but then I also use a yoga mat and sure it saves time

I think after 5 months your body would have indicated that you should stop already. keep it up, and listen to your body there may be days when you feel to have a rest. just go with the flow, its obviously working.
