I have lost 3lb during April. I know this is a loss but i still have 3 stone to got to target and feel it should not be this slow yet. I have tried eating less/more and have increased/decreased my exercise. How long does the average plateau last ? is this is a plateau? how can I speed up my weight loss or is this normal i have been dieting since january 20lb total loss sw 202 now 181.6 lb

Sorry babe, don't have the answers but know a change WILL come. It took TWO months fir me to loose 2lbs but I have realised my TOTM plays a big part. Also make the distinction between body image and the scales. I am getting lots of comments of losing weight but the scales are not moving. I was able to wear a top today after how many years yet the scales have hardly budged. It's hard but try not to make the scales the " be all and end all" of your journey.0
