Check out my diary, I eat 2300 cals, about 235g of carbs and around 20g of sugar. I also do not care for low sugar type of diet as it is not a decisive factor in weight loss.

I heard aspartame is used to make fat-free/low fat dairy. Anyways dasani drops in chobani makes it taste soo good. I sometimes add instant coffee as well.

First of all I assume you don't mean dumbbells but rather a barbell. Your feet should be pointed straight at a closer to shoulder width. Don't be afraid to stick your butt out when you squat down. Also a general rule is do not have your knees go past your toes and have your feet flat at all times.
