I'm always hungry

Hello someone please tell me what to do when I have eaten all I am allowed to eat but I am really hungry between meals.. And If I eat any more I will be over my daily limits...I wake early around 630 and have breakfast. at 10 I have my snack. By 11 I am starving so I eat my lunch by 100 I an starving again so I have a snack and I am really really hungry all afternoon..What do I do Please someone tell me

Exercise? Burn some calories so you have some to eat back?

Also eat meals with protein so that you stay fuller longer, and you are allowed snacks if it helps hold you over.

You need to open your diary for us to help you. Without it, I can only guess. You should not feel hungry in between meals, if that's the case you are not getting enough protein/fiber. This is what satisfies you best.

Try eliminating sugar, if you eat lots of sugary foods you will get hungry.

I am like that but I eat smaller snacks. 3 strawberries. 5 grapes and 1 bananna just an example something each hour not all at once.

I'm always hungry
